another short story done

One shots after another of tequila, my cheeks are burning as face gets as red as a tomato but glasses of alcohol was still pushed towards me with the loud music blasting. “Hey Anson, drink them all down, it’s your birthday today dude” Glenn exclaimed as I tried to refuse the drinks that are pushed to me.

After that shot of tequila, I started getting double vision. One of guy friend came up with a brilliant idea and asked every one of us to draw a card each. “There are two jokers in the cards you all have chosen. The unlucky two will have to go to the haunted house to retrieve the present for Anson.” Alex grinned as every one of them to choose a card. Upon counts of three all of the cards were revealed. Glenn and Jean was the unlucky two who gets the joker card.

“I will go for Jean” I exclaimed. The groups cheered and Jean gave a kiss before Glenn and I headed for that present of mine.

The moon was hanging up highly on the night sky as the wind gushes strong with leaves flying all over the place. We drove into a deserted forest area and howling of wolves could be heard. After a few turns here and there we reached the deserted house by the seaside.

We got down and turn on our touch lights and walk up towards the door of the house. It gets creepier which every step taken closer to the house. Within a few steps to the house, we spotted piles of incense paper piled up nicely along side the pathway with joss sticks and candles lighted. A strong wind blew and the candles were blown off with incense papers flying around the night sky as we stood in front of the wooden door. Chills goes down my spine as I placed my hand on the door knob.

The door creaked as I turned the door knob and enter into spider-web filled living room. Just as I turned my head back, the door slammed and I was locked in the house. Stood rooted to the ground, my legs wobble like jelly as the window started to open and close.

Regaining back from my shock, I picked up the torch that I dropped earlier and try to make an escape. The door was firmly locked as I tried to open the door. I started flashing my torch around for alternatives and shone upon a grandfather clock and from far I saw a face through the reflections. A loud bang could be heard instantly in the dead silent house as I dropped my torch. Coincidentally the door knob broke and the door opened by itself and I hurried back to my car.

I closed the door of the car and started the engine but to no avail. The sound from the howling of wolves and gushes of winds gets louder and louder. I closed my eyes and started praying. I opened up my eyes, shocked to see incense papers clipped to the vipers of my windscreen. In a panic I took out my mobile and tries to contact Glenn ear piercing sound was heard and I dropped my phone, I reached to retrieve it back to find someone tapping on my shoulder and I jumped up from my seat.

It was Glenn. “Where the hell did you go you idiot?” I exclaimed as I was recovering from my shock. “The door was shut tightly I went to relieve myself” he explained. He passed the present to me which he found somewhere at the backyard of the house. This time round the engine managed to start and we drove back to the chalet.

After some final blessings from fellow classmates, I drove Jean back to her hostel before heading home. Driving into the car park, it seems that it was abnormally empty today and it was dimmer than usual but without much thought I parked randomly and get off the car.
After the door was locked, I saw a long trace of stretch leading from the side door to the car boot. “What a day, it must be the doing of the branches from the forest” I told myself as I headed up my home.

Slammed onto my bed as soon as I stepped into my room and I fall asleep almost immediately.

Halfway through my sleep, I felt half-awake. My cheek started getting ticklish as if a brush was brushing across them. The feeling gets more and more intense and I opened up eyes to find out that it was actually hair that was tickling me. The amount gets more and more as the length of it gets longer and longer until it covers my face and suffocates me.

I struggled intensively and break off to find myself falling off the bed. It was morning as the sunray pierce through the windows. “What a dream” I told myself as I stroke my arms. Unknown bruises are spotted but I didn’t take it to mind. I went for a wash up before proceeding to my daily routine.

After working on over time, I drove back home, dead beat from work. I parked in the dimmed car park and headed home. The night was rather cold as I walk from the car park back home. I got a feeling that someone was following me but as I turned around to see who was playing a prank of me, there was not a single soul.

I took a new set of pajamas and went for a hot shower. Changing into a clean set of clothing, I close the light of the restroom before I went to bed. I headed back to my room, the lights started to flicker. The lights gets weaker and weaker each time till it finally dies off and the room turned into darkness instantly. I reached for a table lamp and switched it on. The light was weak but from the light source, something caught my sight from the reflection of my body length size standing mirror made of timber wood. I walk closer and closer to it and my pearls of sweat started forming around my forehead despite my shower.

With inches away from the mirror, the table lamp went off automatically and the atmosphere gets more intense from this very moment. A glowing green object was seen from the mirror and I got even closer to take a good look. From the iris of my eyes, I saw it was coming from the ceiling. I rubbed my eyes and took another look. It was a lady in white growing in green crawling on the ceiling and water was dripping from her body. At the very next moment her face was just beside me.

She only has an eye ball, the other which is empty and blood was gushing out. Her hair grew longer and longer and the very next moment I was unconscious. Everything ends here.

“Anson? He was absence from work for a week” Amy, my colleague told Jean as she came looking for me. My disappearance started inviting attention from my colleague and friends. Jean, Glenn and Alex decided to head for my house to look for me.

“Hey, Anson’s car was there, he must be cramping at home” Alex exclaimed as he spotted my car. They took the lift to tenth floor. They pinched their nose as soon as the lift door opened as piercing smell of rot could be smelt from far. “It was coming out from Anson’s unit” Glenn commented. Seeing that things aren’t right Jean called the police.

Within minutes the police came and broke opened the door. The smelt was unbearable as Jean and Alex couldn’t take it and vomited. The police went into the room and returned saying that they have found a body. The one of the eye ball was gone and a bruise around the neck was visible. They also found strands of long hair underneath the pillow. The police went ahead to Anson’s car and did a check. They opened up the boot and found a body of a girl without an eyeball.

The cause of Anson’s death was undefined. Though reports and injures proves that he was hanged to death. The DNA of the strand of hair was examined to be of a girl named Emily who died in 1960 who was raped and killed before her body was thrown into the sea and the crime scene was at the deserted house in the forest area. The body in the car boot was confirmed to be of Emily’s and this puzzle the police as the time frame of this incident was impossible to be taken place of.

The police took the tapes from the car park’s security camera and shockingly, the video shows a blurry figure crawled out from the boot of the car and followed Anson. The video stopped and it could never be played again.

wohohoho..quite sometime didn't blog..haha..had my bday this week..haha..thank for rp peeps for that 'surprise' celebration..haha..although it is quite obvious to see such a big group spreading around level 4..haha..and thankx for the 2 slices of cheesecakes..haha..and the cap that you all bought..thankx for all who came and celebrated..lol..

1 year older..time to think for the future? lol

woohoo..finally get to watch money not enough 2..haha..watched after sch with meiqi..initially thought that there will not be enough time..haha..but turned out to be quite sometime and we had lunch in sch before watching..haha..she said she doesn't wanna eat ban mian..but she still get back to the ban mian stall after walking one round around the canteen..so silly sia..haha..

the show was good..it was funny..haha..esp when the mum keep asking hui ge if he has eaten..lol..and as usual he is funny even without having to act them out and also the ah ma's mickey mouse bra..lol..other than the humourous side, there is also sadddening part whereby the mum sacriface..lol..the song was also meaningful la..no matter wat parents did we can repay them, no matter how much we earn or do..it far pass measurements..they just hope time spending from us..but well we all din do so..perhaps i shld try to be more fillial to my parents and also my ah ma..haha..after tat we went starbucks for a drink..yea..after so long since i drank frappaccino..wahaha..hot wan is still better..and after finishing a cup of gourment coffee and chat we went home..wahaha..

yea..this show seems to be nice..its a comedy..haha..can't wait to see it..who wanna watch? lets catch it together..call my hotline to book a place!! lol..haha

sem 2 day 1

haha..finally the first day has been gone..hospitality lesson..sharon tan seems to be fierce when she first came in that i din even talk..but after hearing her speak..i know she is someone that could be joking with..haha..

first day was rather boring as usual..so bored..ppt finish quite early and i was there to rot..and rot till tired..but well..the ppt wasn't that well done..haiz..so many mistakes..retail franchaise 傻傻分不清楚..haha..hopes of getting more As than last sem seems to be difficult in this module..lol..

went home oso tired..standing from cwp to sengkang..stupid single deck..went to KFC to get a student meal and after bathing thought of watching some online shows as i eat..how i know it take so so long to eat..after finish eating the burger i watch less thn 10 mins of the show and i took 15 mins to settle everything..lol..let the show load therere by itself and i laid on bed..suddenly wake up its 8 plus..haha..i slp for an hr plus and the show hasn't finish loading lo..so so tired even though its the first day..lol..

too bad..i just don't have the courage to tell you how i wish i can be your hero..but i believe you can still get through those difficult times..cause i believe there are alot of part time heros around..haha
